Lingnan Smile sends overseas patients to a small number of clinics in Guangzhou. This page is the whole arrangement, written down: who we send, what a referral looks like, what we ask of you, what we will not do, and how we are paid. If anything here does not suit your clinic, better to know now than in month three.
Who we send
Adult patients from the UK, Europe, North America, Australia and the Middle East who have already decided to travel and are comparing quotes. They arrive with photographs, any X-rays or scans they hold, a travel window, and often a quote from a dentist at home. They are looking for an itemised price they can actually check line by line — not a single number and a promise.
- Mostly implants, full-arch work, crowns and bridges, root canals, aligners and veneers.
- Typically 5–14 days on the ground, sometimes two trips for staged implant work.
- English-speaking, and expecting to correspond in English.
What a referral looks like
Patient reference, treatment needed, travel dates, photographs, available imaging, and any quote they already hold. No full identity until you both agree to proceed.
In English: what is included, what is not, how many visits, how many days, and what happens if healing or fit needs a follow-up after the patient flies home.
We forward the quote as-is. We do not pressure, we do not edit your price, and we tell the patient when we think the trip is not worth it for their case.
Payment is made directly to your clinic — in full, in your usual way. We never touch it.
Per completed case, at the rate agreed in writing beforehand. Nothing is due for enquiries or for patients who do not complete treatment.
What we ask of a partner clinic

What we will not do
- We will not take money from patients, or hold it on your behalf.
- We will not mark up your price or ask you to inflate a quote to cover our fee.
- We will not promise a patient an outcome, a timeframe from results, or a "best" anything.
- We will not publish your name, doctors, photographs or prices without written permission.
- We will not ask for a fee on a patient who did not come from us.
- We will not rank clinics by how much they pay us. Fit comes first; if we cannot place a case well, we say so.
How we are paid
A referral fee per completed case, fixed in writing before you take the patient: either a percentage of the treatment value or a flat amount per case, whichever we agree. Invoiced after treatment is completed, with the case reference attached. If a patient cancels after a quote, or does not complete treatment, nothing is due.
Getting started
Email [email protected] with: clinic name and address, your licence details, the treatments you want referred, who handles English correspondence, and the best number to reach them. We usually answer within two working days. If we are already at capacity in your speciality or your district, we will tell you rather than keep you waiting.
给合作诊所（中文）
Lingnan Smile（岭南微笑）是面向海外患者的英文信息与转介服务，不提供诊疗。我们把境外患者转介给少数几家广州诊所，按「成交后付转介费」的方式结算；患者费用由患者直接支付给诊所，我们不经手、不加价。
- 我们转介谁：欧美、澳洲、中东的成年患者，来前已带照片与影像资料、有出行时间窗，多数在做种植、全口重建、冠桥、根管、矫正与贴面。
- 我们要什么：执业许可证与医师注册、书面授权（同意在网站上署名/用图/标价）、可英文沟通的对接人、治疗前逐项书面报价、不推销不做多余治疗、治疗后提供英文病历摘要。
- 怎么收费：成交后按事先书面约定的转介费结算（按治疗金额比例或固定金额）；仅询价、未成交不收任何费用。
- 我们不做：不向患者收费、不代收款项、不要求诊所抬价、不按付费高低排序、未经书面许可不公开诊所信息。
