Lingnan Smile is an information and referral service. We are not a clinic and we do not provide medical treatment. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry we collect: your name, email, country/city, optional phone or messaging handle, treatment interest, travel dates, and any details or images you choose to send about your dental case.

Why we collect it

To answer your inquiry, match you with a partner clinic, and prepare a quote. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Health information

Dental information and images are sensitive personal data. We share them only with the partner clinic relevant to your case, and only for the purpose of preparing a diagnosis or a quote. We store them securely and delete them on request.

International transfer

Our partner clinics are in mainland China. If you send us your case, the relevant details will be shared with a clinic there so it can assess you. If you do not want your information transferred for that purpose, tell us and we will not proceed.

What we never collect

We do not handle payments. We never ask for card numbers, bank details or identification documents, and we do not take money from patients. Payment is made directly to the clinic.

How we are paid

Partner clinics pay us a referral fee when a patient we introduced completes treatment. This does not change the price you pay. We will tell you the arrangement for any clinic we recommend if you ask.

Cookies and analytics

This site is static and sets no tracking cookies of its own. If we add analytics later, it will be privacy-friendly and disclosed here.

Sharing

We share only the minimum information necessary with the partner clinic you choose, plus any service providers (hosting, email) that process data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. Ask us to delete your case file and we will, including any images you sent.

Retention

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal obligations, then delete them.

Children

This service is intended for adults. If you are arranging treatment for a child, contact us first — we will tell you whether we can help.
